Because of your on-going generosity, our faith-based, trauma-informed small group curriculum remains available as a free digital download—ensuring no mom or daughter is ever left behind. Printed books are available for purchase and help support the ongoing work of the ministry.

HOW TO GET STARTED
SELECT YOUR CURRICULUM YEAR
After forming your CG group and have each member register, click the image below to choose the curriculum year that best fits the majority of girls in your group. Decide if your group will use the digital or printed format (once printed versions are available).
Every mom in your group will need a copy of the curriculum.
SIGN-UP or LOG-IN
If using the digital format, first-time users will be prompted to create an account. Returning users, simply log in with your email and password.

Each curriculum year includes a retreat plan and 8 monthly lesson outlines, complete with:
Email templates for monthly facilitator communication
One year curriculum with preparation notes for each monthly facilitator
Fun activity handouts to be printed as needed

Year 1
2nd/3rd Grade
PLUGGED INTO THE VINE
Year 1 introduces a core Courageous Girls truth: you and your daughter are deeply loved by God. As you remain rooted in Him, He faithfully grows the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, and self-control in your lives. In this first foundational year, moms and daughters learn how this fruit empowers healthy relationships with God, others, and ourselves.
Year 2
3rd/4th Grade
THE AMAZING FEMALE
Year 2 focuses on being made in the image of God and how that translates into caring for your body. Lessons guide honest, age appropriate conversations about body image, self-care, and the value of being female.
Year 3
4th/5th Grade
ROOTED IN IDENTITY & COMMUNITY
As bodies and feelings begin to change, Year 3 invites girls to explore God’s unique design and purpose for their lives. Lessons focus on identifying each girl’s strengths and talents so she can nurture her individual value and the role she was created to play in community. This year strengthens trust, confidence, and empathy.
Year 4
Middle School
PURITY OF MIND, BODY & SOUL
The preteen years bring challenges, including friendship drama, social media pressure, and dating. Year 4 meets these realities head-on, combining biblical wisdom with clinical expertise to tackle topics like bullying, body image, pornography, and early conversations about dating and sexuality in a developmentally appropriate way. Hands-on experiences like rock climbing and service projects reinforce key concepts through active engagement.
Year 5
Middle School
GOING DEEPER: INSIDE & OUT
Year 5 deepens girls’ understanding of how internal belief translates to how we live as followers of Jesus. Your group will dive into concepts like justice, integrity, and maintaining convictions in a diverse world. This year also includes a cornerstone purity retreat, focused on connecting internal values with outward actions while keeping their hearts aligned with God’s.
Year 6
Middle School
I AM COURAGEOUS!
Year 6 prepares girls for high school by strengthening their skills in communication, accountability, and emotional regulation. Core themes like media, body image, purity, and courage are revisited with an emphasis on discernment and identity in Christ. Each lesson provides a safe, honest space for your daughter practice these skills before facing complex situations.
Year 7
High School
HOPE
Year 7 supports girls as they navigate academic, social, and emotional pressures in high school. Lessons cover comparison, suffering, romantic and platonic relationships, and perseverance. Girls will practice applying their faith to real-life challenges as they normalize what it looks like to love and be loved well.
Year 8
High School
HEALTHY RHYTHMS
Year 8 tackles heavy issues with maturity and grace, focusing on integrating belief and behavior during a season of rapid growth and increasing independence. Lessons explore mental and emotional health, sexuality, and gender identity in biblically-grounded, grace-filled community. Through continued reflection, you’ll guide your girls to practice wisdom and responsibility. She’ll learn to care for her whole self through emotional regulation and connection.
Year 9
High School
PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE
Year 9 prepares girls for life beyond high school. This final year focuses on agency, giving girls tools to make their own choices in real-world contexts with confidence. Moms support girls as they move forward grounded in God-given identity, strengthened and encouraged by community.
